I have had a very busy and very relaxing absence...to say the least...I am not sure where to start...so I will start with the first thing that pops into my head!....In the last 3 weeks or so...I decided to move house!...pack up and move closer to suburbia...
I have lots of plans for it, which are already in the pipeline...I will post more pics and another photo...the 'after' shot! as soon as its done!
Giggle Buttons is relocating in the new year and we will have a new phone number which I will post as soon as I know when it will be connected! I am very excited about our move...and also pulling out my hair at all the 'stuff' we have to move!...
Our new home falls into a different school catchment, hence, I now have to enroll my four children into another school...which means, four lots of more running around during the holidays to get them ready for their new school!
My eldest daughter Courtney had her school graduation on the last week of school...
On the first week of school holidays I promised the kids a trip down the coast with Rio's 3 kids...to Treasure Island...filled with things for kids to get into!
Here is the clan on our way to Harbourtown (an outlet shopping centre!) right next to the resort...
Girls = happy...Boys = not so happy!....ah you get that!
But Mitch had a blast on the slides! We couldn't keep him off it!
Love the family pic...all my children now look like they come from Brazil! Beautiful tanned bods, I got a little 'healthy' colour myself, which has definitely perked me up! and losing 5kgs definitely made me happier...now I can fit back into some lovely jeans I bought a while ago!
Looking every bit the tourist...Rio was busy directing hubby to hurry up and take the photo! hence...funny pout!
Well, I have truly had a lovely time off...well if thats what you would call it...4 days of relaxing and then picking up after 4 kids, then coming home to unpack it all!!! then to start packing to move house!....
I have begun my drawings for February 2010 Giggle Club, and hope to start stitching probably next week...and also get a couple of other designs onto fabric that have been postponed with all the 'action' that has been happening here.
To end this rather 'huge' post...I thought I should leave you with a small but memorable message!
I wish you all a very 'happy' Christmas and wonderful new year!...I am thoroughly looking forward to what 2010 brings me...oh...pssst...I hope he (above) is giving me my present! ;o)
Warmest wishes to you all...cya
