I've been slacking off...

Sorry to take so long to blog...a follower on my blog commented to me recently that I havent been 'on' for a while, and that ladies must be wondering where I have got to...

Well to be honest, I have been off doing nothing!!!...It has been such a busy year, that to be perfectly frank with you all...I am just dead tired...and know all the work that is ahead of me over the break, is making me tired just thinking of it all!

This is a photo of our stand stand for 2009!  Well I am off to do a bit more of...nothing, perhaps a little spring/summer sorting and cleaning...

but unfortunately I am not going to take all of the blame for this delay...I have been in huge arguments with our telecommunication people here as I have had no internet since last Wednesday night!  So to all the lovely customers who have been patient with me...thank you!

Drum roll please...

I am days away from releasing my new BOM...but I just had to share with you some images...I have just put my pencils down...and I was sooo 'gob-smacked' with the outcome...

When you design a project...you always have that picture in your mind of what you think it will turn out like...

 
I will be teaching workshops for the last 3 shows of the year, and all through next year in every state to show ladies just how easy my colouring is...you don't need an Arts Degree to achieve this!...

all you need is a bit of...desire to try something different...and easy!

I am waiting for the last of the buttons to come out of the kiln this afternoon to adorn my new BOM, so I can take the official photoes and post them on my website with all the details...

this isnt hard...you can see how easy it is at any workshops that we conduct at any craft show near you!

I will be showing this quilt in Melbourne this week at the Royal Exhibition Building at the Melbourne Expo.  Jan and I will be on Stand 26  Our workshop is at 10.30am...

We will be taking registrations for our new BOM at this show, so be sure to be one of the first ladies to see it! 

 
It's a Girl Thing will start in February 2010...

If you are interested in doing this BOM at a Patchwork shop...be sure to let them know to contact us...and we would be pleased to help them out in running our new BOM...

If a dog could talk...

I had to share this photo with you...when downloading the little holiday snaps off my camera...I came across these photoes that I just had to share with you all...

How cute do you have to be...this is Honey Bunny being dressed up by her owner, Samantha!...hair (um I mean ears) and all!...you should see what they do to the cat!  That will have to be another post!

The Jones' and the Jones'

took a little holiday to the Gold Coast overnight...here are kids having a swim in the pool and spa whilst Rio and I caught up on 'stuff'...

You may remember back to one of my April postings of Rio's wedding where I was a bridesmaid...well...Rio became Rio Jones!!! so...we have the Jones' and the Jones'...:O)

Here are the kids on the beach...that Surfer's Paradise behind them...

Here was the view from our apartment at the Crowne Plaza...theres the water peeking between the buildings!...

and when I looked down from taking the view shot...here I found the Jones kids overtaking the spa!...what a life hey...

I am stitching madly to get this BOM done on time...so better get back to it!...
